Most of the fitness professionals Bally met were leery of any benefits from walking on water. They agreed that walking on water will definitely help in getting your heart to pump a bit faster and thus resulting in burning of unwanted calories.
On the other side, most of the gym users differ from this. They think that this won’t suit people of all ages. They think that some people might not be able to balance and it is not practical to suggest water walking to everyone.
