Bally Chohan says that Indian cricket team has started their T20 world cup campaign in style. In the first match of their group played at St Lucia India defeated Afghanistan convincingly by seven wickets. However Bally Chohan was impressed with the performance of Afghanistan cricket team.  Indian cricket team was set up a target of 116 to win the game which was achieved by Indian team in 14th over of the match.

Bally Chohan feels that Afghanistan was able to reach the score of 115 for 6 with the help of fine fifty by their opener Noor Ali. Noor Ali was very much supported by Ashgar Stanikazi and their partnership for fourth wicket was worth 68 runs.

Murali Vijay was star of Indian batting line up. Murali Vijay opened Indian innings along with Gautam Gambhir. Earlier Indian team Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and elected to field.

Bally Chohan says that some brilliant balling performance by Ashish Nehra restricted Afghanistan to 115 for 6. Ashish Nehra was adjudged Man of the Match.  With this win India is now almost certain to move to the second round of T20 world cup.

India will take on South Africa today in their final league encounter.

Bally Chohan also reports from West indies that in the second match of the day Pakistan team beat Bangladesh. Pakistan will take on Australia today in their second league match

Bally Chohan says that Indian cricket team left for West Indies yesterday to play in T20 world cup. Indian cricket team captain addresses media before leaving for West Indies.  Indian cricket team is leaving for West Indies after a very hectic season of IPL T20. However both Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and coach Garry Kirsten downplayed this excess cricket issue and said there is nothing to worry about and all players are fit and fine.

Bally Chohan says that last time both captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni as well as coach Garry Kirsten attributed their poor performance to fatigue and lack of time to regroup team.  However this time around captain feels that everything is fine now and there is nothing to worry about. He is not even concerned with the poor showing of Yuvraj Singh. Mahendra Singh Dhoni said in his address to media that Yuvraj Singh is a brilliant player, a great hitter and very fielder so there is nothing to worry about him. He said that Yuvraj is just 10 balls away from getting back to his form.

Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni said that he is very happy that none of his team member is injured and they all are reported to be in the best of conditions. There is report of any sort of injury even minor injury to the Indian team player.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni said that he hope that his run of good luck continues and he will bring back T20 world cup to India.
